The Motherhood Lab is an educational and reflective space for mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and identity.
Motherhood transforms every part of us — our routines, relationships, priorities, and sense of self. Yet, most mothers are expected to figure it out on their own, piecing together advice, online resources, and trial-and-error.
The Motherhood Lab was created to change that. Led by Dr. Emily Cury, PhD, LMSW, this five-session program blends research, reflection, and practical tools to help mothers feel grounded, capable, and supported. It’s not therapy or medical care — it’s guided education and skill-building designed to strengthen your emotional wellbeing and confidence through the transitions of motherhood.
